Within the position of Administrator, you will support a department or team in achieving their goals. Day to day tasks will vary depending on the department you are working in. Responsibilities for a administrator include organising travel documentation, itinerary preparation, data entry, reporting and invoicing.
Administration Manager or Senior Administrator will oversee the day to day running of the Administration department. The Admin Manager will time manage the team's workflow and ensuring all deadlines are being met. You must have previous experience in a travel administration role and knowledge of fares and ticketing is often preferred.
Office Support positions include reception, data entry, sales support, personal assistant and executive assistant. For all of these roles you need to have excellent computer skills with experience working on all Microsoft applications
