The HR Manager has responsibility for the HR department. This includes identifying recruitment needs, reviewing current staffing levels, handling any staffing issues, undertaking necessary changes and managing costs.
The HR Co-ordinator will work alongside the HR manager to manage the processes throughout the recruitment and day to day operations of the HR function. Duties will include advertising positions available, screening and interviewing, constructing staff contracts, completed staff reviews with management.
