Support Specialists are responsible for providing desktop computing support to all end users and performing all new user set ups according to established corporate procedures. The role also includes evaluating computer hardware and software products in support of end user growth initiatives and providing company wide technical guidance.
IT Help Desk provides first line technical support for all staff within the company and ensures the smooth operation of the telephone support helpdesk. This includes resolving and responding to technical support queries received over the telephone, via the voicemail system, emails and faxes.
Web developer is responsible for designing and maintaining e-commerce solutions ensuring its functionality and smooth running to include knowledge of HTML and Search Engine Optimisation. Typically experience is required in ASP, Microsoft Server 2003, IIS 6.0, experience of XML interfaces, XSL, SQL Server (2005), CSS, xHTML and ASP.Net
Head of IT or Technical Director provides vision and talent to implement IT initiatives that drive optimised business processes as well as manage all business systems vendor solutions. The Head of IT will also oversee security, accuracy and disaster recovery resources.
