This travel consultancy based on the Central Coast is looking for an experienced leisure travel consultant to join their established team. You will be required to handle walk in, over the phone and repeat customer enquires for domestic and international itineraries. An opportunity to work on leisure, corporate, group and incentive bookings. This organisation attracts clients by completing local promotions, information evenings and getting in with local community events.
Your day will include the following tasks:
- Creating and following up quotes for leisure and corporate clients
- Booking air and land arrangements using a CRS
- Keeping up to date with new products and promotions.
- Following up all customers including potential bookings and past passengers
We are looking for an experienced travel consultant with the following attributes:
- Extensive experience within a travel consulting position in Australia
- Working experience on a CRS for reservations and ticketing
- Excellent fares experience
