Description:	Our client one of the leading and most dynamic airline GSA companies in the market; are seeking an Airline reservation and ticketing consultant based in their office in Melbourne. You will be working within a small team; and this position requires an all-rounder; motivated mature consultant. Your Airlines Reservations position includes: Work with different distribution channels through travel agents, wholesalers, tour operators and corporate accounts to offer outstanding customer service to ensure repeat clientele Ability to create; book and ticket reservations from start to finish for this global GSA Handling any special requests for your customers including meals, seating requests and frequent flyers This role requires someone who has excellent communication skills and a passion for the travel industry! Skills and experience required for this Airline Reservations position: Previous experience working in a reservations position either in retail travel, wholesale travel or within an airline Experience booking and ticketing flights using a CRS system; Amadeus is preferred Excellent communications skills Ability to work under pressure, and have a strong attention to detail with a positive attitude This is a great opportunity to work with a growing company and be part of a new joint venture in the Airline Industry.
