C&M are looking to grow their small team based in Sydney CBD. This team is part of a larger team with C&M have offices based in the UK. We are now looking to recruit a new consultant for this small office.
This is a long term investment for the successful consultant as you will be investing alot of time and effort in getting your name and reputation out to the travel industry with the support of your manager.
This is a great opportunity for a travel industry professional looking for a role still based in travel but a little different. This boutique recruitment environment offers a chance to really grow as an executive within our great industry of travel. The travel industry is very approachable and is all about relationships.
As this is a small office your week will be extremely varied with the following tasks:
- Ongoing business development: Constant cold calling for new business opportunities as well as account managing existing clients.
- Industry Networking: Attend travel industry functions including CEO lunches, industry awards evenings and balls and networking sessions
- Candidate Attraction: Building your active candidate base through advertising, networking and social media
- Adhoc office duties: Being a small office it is all hands on deck, with anything from ordering stationary to speaking to suppliers.

The successful candidate will have experience within a sales based role in the travel industry within Australia. You will have proven experience working to sales targets and be motivated by earning commission.
