Description:	This online travel company is expanding and therefore has an opening in it's Sydney after hours and weekends team. This global online travel agency focused on selling highly competitive international airfares and travel insurance have 2 positions, 5 days per week from 5pm - 12am. Your role as a customer service consultant will involve; Giving price and product information to direct customers over the phone Offering the highest level of customer service to all customers that phone or email Issue tickets accurately and within ticketing deadlines Process revalidation or cancellations of travel tickets For this position you will need to demonstrate exceptional customer service skills; as you will be dealing with direct customers over the phone and via email Skills and experience required for this customer service consultant role: An excellent understanding of the travel industry particularly fares and ticketing within Australia Experience using a CRS system, preferably Amadeus A strong attention to detail, with a "can do" attitude Flexible working hours 5 days per week; Nights and Weekend You will be working as part of a fast paced busy team so excellent team work and communication skills are a must for this challenging but exciting role.
