Description:	This specialised leading tour organisation is seeking a Regional General Manager to join their team. A fantastic opportunity for an established tour executive to work on a very exciting role looking after the South Pacific Region based in their Sydney CBD office. Your role as Regional General Manager will involve the following responsibilities: Managing an operations team; looking after 3 direct reports Responsible for driving performance; not only for office staff but the exceptional tour leaders. "You will serve as the role model" Extensive travel throughout the region and to the USA Ongoing analysis and implementation improvements of operation processes. We are looking for an executive that has proven results in the travel industry at a senior level. This position will be reporting directly to the Senior Vice President located in USA. To be considered for this Regional General Manager position we are looking for an executive that has the following experiences: Exposure to working in a senior management tour and travel position in Australia Strong negotiation skills The ability to take risks and has had a previous experience Great communication skills with the ability to give honest feedback Additional Information Salary Package does depend on skills you bring to this role. Budget up to $120,000 + Super + Incentives This role will require overseas travel for strategic planning (1-3 trips per year) Interviews for this position are commencing immediately.
