Description:	Working for a global online travel company, you will be the point of contact regarding connectivity with XML providers and hotel partners. You will be required to manage relationships with these parties. Main Responsibilities: Analyse and implement actions to maximise use and results by XM providers Monitor and review speed of XML connectivity Account manage relationships between commercial and operational departments Experience and skills required for XML Account Manager Proven experience working with connectivity/interface or technical team within a hotel or online travel booking industry Experience dealing with interface systems within the travel industry (Siteminder, EzYiels, Levart) Experience in a customer facing role You will be working with one of the worlds most popular online booking companies so apart from outstanding communication skills and team work ethic, you will be required to have an understanding of the hotel and travel industry. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone aware of channel management and enjoys dealing with clients.
