Our client who is a well established retail travel organisation in Western Sydney is seeking a travel consultant to join their busy walk-in shop.
This travel consultant position involves dealing with clients face to face; over the phone and via email so excellent communication skills are a must!
Your travel consultant job will involve the following:
- Booking worldwide destinations with air, hotels, tours and all extra add-ons. This agent specialises in Italy
- Provide exceptional customer service to customers to ensure repeat clientele
- Keep all your destination knowledge up to date and great opportunity for famils are on offer
To apply for this travel consultant role you must have the following skills:
- Must have at least 12 months travel consulting experience in Australia or have a Diploma in Tourism
- Italian speaking
- Have a passion for the travel industry
- Wants to succeed at being one of the best retail travel consultants
