Our Client, who specialise in group pilgrimage tours and worldwide encounters for over 21 years is seeking a motivated and professional South American Travel Consultant to join their Sydney Office to work on one of the Worlds most recognised travel events for 2013. As a South American Travel Consultant, you will be assisting a range of clients with their travel needs. Including pre and post accommodation to specialised tours to cater for any taste and budget.
Key responsibilities as a Travel Consultant will include:
- Excellent communications skills| Ability to go above and beyond with outstanding customer service
- Selling specialised itineraries to South America| This will be the one stop shop| Add on airfares, pre/post accommodation and sightseeing tours
- Be a seller; Assist all enquires in a fast, efficient manner
- Handling special arrangements
- Keeping up to date with travel products and travel industry market trends
This travel company boasts a strong repeat customer base so excellent customer service skills are a must!
Attributes and skills required for this Travel Consultant role:
- Minimum 2 years retail/ wholesale travel experience
- Experience using a CRS booking tool
- A great attitude and great approach to team work
