This growing well-known travel company is seeking to grow their existing specialist holiday team. This friendly travel company are looking for a motivated keen sales savvy travel consultant to start ASAP. This travel company offers intimate knowledge of where your clients want to go in Australia. You will be part of a dedicated destination team to aim to learn everything possible about a chosen region, and be the "best" sales consultant in the market place.
As a Travel Sales Consultant you will undertake an array of tasks & responsibilities including:
- Selling specialised itineraries to destinations mainly Australia to direct consumers
- Achieving and exceeding both company and individual objectives relating to sales targets, productivity and product knowledge.
- To exceed the customers expectations wherever possible
- Attend educational trips when required, feeding back product knowledge to colleagues
To apply for this Travel Reservations role you need to have the following skills and attributes:
- Experience working within a travel consultant role in Australia
- Strong computer skills, with knowledge of a CRS
- Excellent communication skills, this position is over the phone.
- Be a great team player with passion and drive, also have a thirst to close the sale
Additional Information:
- No more weekends, Monday to Friday 8.30am -5.30pm
- Base salary + super + commission
