Temporary Client Service Promise

  • It is our intention to check in on our temporary associates
  • We will always be in touch and keep you fully informed at a timescale agreed by you
  • We will always implement a quality assurance call within the first day of the temp starting to ensure all is well
  • We offer bespoke service level agreements
  • You will always have one point of contact. However we also operate a ‘buddying' system for when your main contact is out of the office
  • We can offer weekly client calls and a temp rebook service according to your needs - speak to your consultant for further details
  • We ensure that all of our temps are able to work legally in Australia
  • We are able to provide management information on spend and activity and offer regular review meetings
