Step 3: The Right Candidate
Once we have found candidates that we think will be perfect for the role, your account manager will be in contact with you to ascertain your availability for first round interviews and brief you fully before any candidates arrive for questioning. After this, we will contact both clients and candidates to gain feedback and adjust our search if necessary.
